Supervisors approve conditional subdivision plan

misc · Meeting of April 10, 2026

PA FAYETTE — Fayette supervisors approve subdivision plan pending environmental review. The board gave conditional approval to Steve and Penny Ehrenzeller's subdivision, with the Delaware Township portion already approved and the Fayette woodland portion now cleared pending Department of Environmental Protection sign-off. In code enforcement matters, the supervisors instructed Herb Stoner to notify the Simon Byler property of a 30-day sewer disconnect deadline for unauthorized granny flats, and denied Mike Ryan's request to install a temporary trailer for his son and daughter-in-law, citing zoning non-compliance.

The board also hired Phil Holesapple for Lost Creek Community Park maintenance at $16.50 per hour and accepted Tax Collector Beverly Richmond's resignation effective June 10, 2026.
